About the Experience
For this exclusive collaboration, internationally acclaimed mixologists Francesco Moretti and Pasquale bring the spirit of Bar Crew Bangkok to Table XII.
Francesco's career spans Paris, Monaco, Miami, Shanghai and Bangkok, while Pasquale, trained at the prestigious Jerry Thomas Academy in Rome, brings over 13 years of experience behind the bar. Together, they present a thoughtfully curated menu that blends classic techniques with contemporary creativity.
Each beverage is paired with an exclusive bite-sized course crafted by the ROAST culinary team, making this a truly beverage-led dining experience where every pairing is designed to complement and elevate the flavours in your glass.

The Lunch Session is a completely non-alcoholic pairing experience.
The Dinner Sessions include alcoholic beverages and are strictly for guests aged 18 years and above.
Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their session.
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
