1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:
    • Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at getcaffinated@roastcoffee.in or calling us at +91-7997643333.
    • If the order has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund.
  • Order Cancellation After Dispatch:
    • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
    • If you still do not wish to receive the product, you may refuse delivery. However, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products:
    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images or videos) at getcaffinated@roastcoffee.in.
    • After verification, we will contact you regarding how we can proceed with your request.
  • Non-Returnable Products:
    • Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, Roast Coffee does not accept returns for reasons such as taste preferences or personal dislikes.
  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
      • Order cancellation within the allowed time frame.
      • Damaged or incorrect products.
    • Refunds will not be provided for:
      • Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
      • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
