From our beginnings as a boutique cafe, we have grown into a rapidly expanding brand, with a flagship 500-seater Coffee & Culinary Experience (CCX) that brings together roasting, brewing, baking, gelato & gastronomy under one roof.

At the heart of ROAST is innovation. We are proud to be the first in India to roast on the Loring S70 Peregrine - a technology that sets new standards for clarity, consistency & sustainability. This allows us to highlight the character of India’s best estates, from Chikmagalur to Tamil Nadu to Odisha.

But ROAST is not just about coffee - it’s about craft in every form. Our cafes and flagship space also house an artisan bakery, gelato lab, banquet venue, private theatre & chef’s table, creating spaces where community and creativity come together.
