Dosage: 15g
Water Volume: 200g
Grind Size: 20 clicks on commandante c40, or 16 clicks on C2. Roughly 600 microns. Medium grind.
Water Temperature: 88°C
Pours:
1. 00:00 50g switch open, circular slow
2. 00:45- close switch, pour 150g circular fast
3. 1:45 - open the switch
4. 2:30 remove the Neo
5. Add 10grams water as bypass
