Gear: Hario V60 Dripper

Coffee Dosage: 18g
Water Volume: 300g
Grind Size: 750–800 microns
Water Temperature: 91°C

Brew Ratio: 1:16.67
Water Hardness: 70–75 ppm

Brew Process

1.⁠ ⁠Add 18 g of coffee to the brewer.
2.⁠ ⁠0:00 — Bloom: Pour 60g of water and let it bloom for approximately 45 seconds.
3.⁠ ⁠0:45 — Second Pour: Pour 180g in concentric circles.
4.⁠ ⁠1:30 — Final Pour: Pour the remaining 60g into the centre, keeping agitation low.
5.⁠ ⁠Target Brew Time: Aim for a total brew time of approximately 2:45.
