Gear: Hario V60 Dripper

Coffee Dosage: 18g
Water Volume: 300g
⁠Grind Size: 650–700 microns
Water Temperature: 90°C
Steep Time: 2:35

Brew Ratio: 1:16.67
Water Hardness: 70–75 ppm

Brew Process

1.⁠ ⁠Add 18g of coffee and 300g of water.
2.⁠ ⁠Let the coffee steep for 2:35.
3.⁠ ⁠At 2:35, open the switch and allow the brew to draw down completely.
