Champions Blend

Champions Blend is a Harvest ’26 coffee blend curated by Matin Shaikh, National Brewers Cup Champion and India’s representative at the World Brewers Cup Championship 2026.

Composed using select Harvest ’26 coffees from ROAST, this blend brings together two coffees from Ratnagiri Estate — Rose Culture & Watermelon Bloom and one coffee from Sandalkad Estate — Lavender Herb. This blend reflects Matin’s approach to clarity, balance and cup structure. 

Roasted light, it opens with soft floral aromatics of lavender and rose, followed by a gentle mixed-berry sweetness with a coconut bounty mouthfeel. A measured herbal bitter note adds structure to the cup, keeping the finish clean, layered and composed.

This coffee comes in a box with 10 single-dose vacuum-sealed sachets of 20g each, to preserve freshness, maintain consistency & make brewing easier at home or on the go.

This is an expressive black coffee for those who enjoy delicate florals, fruit-led sweetness and a refined finish. Our roasters recommend brewing it black, either as a V60, AeroPress or Chemex.
