Launched in 2020, Roast Caffeine Capital is the perfect place to explore freshly brewed artisanal coffee, blends, Italian Gelato & droolworthy food while you enjoy the relaxed ambience, décor diving into our massive collections of bestseller books. Located in two of the prime areas of Hyderabad, Roast Caffeine Capital has been showered with so much love since its inception. Our journey has been spectacular and we only imagine it to be that way forwards.

Founder's Story

Our founder, Mr Hanumanth Rao, is a first-generation restauranteur who travel across the world to find foods that are rarely found in Indian sub-continent. Importing rare ingredients, machinery and recipes to provide exceptional f&b experience.
He excels at designing and curating menu that is inspired by his travels, while maintaining quality control and hygiene standards.
He is passionate about experimenting with flavors to create something new & exciting for his guests. He says “I love to see our customers return to us time and time again. Whatever you’re in the mood for, we’re sure you’ll find what you’re looking for here.”


Our Mission is to serve as the one-stop destination for authentic food, desserts and coffee from all across the world.

Food is fuel for life, and it has to be of topmost quality in order to keep your body and mind healthy. We have set standards, rules and regulations and our chefs make sure that everything we use in our blends, brews & food is fresh, because your body deserves nothing but fresh. We have a limited capacity at Roast to ensure we make every dish with love and effort that it needs and not rush through the sacred process of cooking.


At Roast, within the team and beyond, we believe, being honest around food especially is sacrosanct. We label and write down the menu with utmost honesty.


Urvaksh M. Bharucha Beverage Manager&Sr. Roaster:

  • A creative, dedicated individual who has worked in the F&B department in various roles since the year 2011.
  • A Mixologist by qualification, a Barista and Roaster by passion.
  • Academically holds a degree in Hotel Management specialising in wines and spirits and passion pushed him to hold an SCA certificate in Sensory Skills along with more forthcoming SCA certifications.
  • He constantly performs immense R&D on traditional coffee methods and works hard to improve the coffee tasting experience.
  • His unique personalised coffee roasting process is available to view and experience right here at ROAST 24 Seven.

Chef Akram :

• 14+ years’ experience as a pastry chef & sugar art, worked across the world in renowned 5-star hotels
• A very resourceful person & chef and makes it a point to make sure nothing goes to waste, has set down a sustainability ethos here at Roast. Resource optimization as a chef is his unique quality
• Punctual, loves a systematic approach & believes that agility is a non-negotiable quality that any chef has to have

All our Chefs and Patisserie/Bakery team are highly skilled and are intrinsically motivated, passionate and driven to come up with unique recipes, dishes & constantly innovate. With social media & food blogging becoming so prevalent, the food diaspora is widely spreading too. Roast’s team is always inspired and takes its own spin on desserts across the world. All of our coffees & foods are prepared only by culinary experts for you with the freshest and finest ingredients. At Roast, we never compromise with quality and make no scope for adulteration.
